The Red Jumpsuit Apparatus - Beer Bongs & Jesus
Labeled
The Red Jumpsuit Apparatus hit the national stage right in the pocket of time where the mainstream was taking notice of what our scene was up to. This was partially due to the unique character of Ronnie Winter, who was able to break in and ride that wave and create opportunity for himself in a way that maybe only he could. Their debut album “Don’t You Fake It” released in the summer of 2006 on Virgin Records and was certified gold by November of that same year. That meteoric rise brought along with it all that you could imagine of both positive and negative experiences. In this conversation, Ronnie does a great job of both seeing all the forces at play and owning his own part in it all.
