An often overlooked person within our whole music industry structure is the promoter/booker and I love to highlight people that create the spaces for us to watch bands, have an experience and connect. Dave Castillo books for an essential venue in the NYC area called Saint Vitus that you most likely have heard of (or seen a show at). The venue is memorializing their first 12 years in business with an amazing hardcover book (funded via Kickstarter) by Nathanial Shannon.
