I am proud to bring you this episode because it's a perfect example of how I want this podcast to function. Michael was a listener of the show, emailed me and we started a dialog. I come to find out he plays in Seahaven and then I immediately invite him to be on the show. We discuss having focus, dealing with anxiety and being creative. It was a very "musical" chat since Seahaven doesn't particularly do a lot of press so it's an honor to have him on.
