This is it, my number one guest that I had written down close to three years ago when I started this podcast was the vocalist/guitarist from one of my favorite bands of all time, Jimmy Eat World. Jim and I spent over an our on the phone discussing many things including subverting expectations, stability and never having a "plan" for the band.
